How to book

We’ve made sure the process of booking your holiday with us is as easy and straightforward as possible. At any time of the day, 7 days a week, you can make a reservation through our website, by email – reservations@smallwonders.eu– or by phone –+33 (0) 476 79 11 80 or +44 (0) 330 010 9006 –

Online reservation

You can choose to make your reservation directly online which is a 3 step process divided in:

  1. Choosing your preferred dates.
  2. Choosing your favourite room(s) with inclusions.
  3. Fill out your personal details and specific information you would like to share us.

At the final stage of the booking process (the third step) you will find our general terms and conditions.

After completing the third step, you receive an email with all your booking details confirmed. This confirmation includes a link and password giving you access to your self-service portal which can be used to update your personal details, to find additional information or when required to print your (company) invoice. At all time, you have direct access to your self-service portal.

To secure your booking we kindly ask for a 30% refundable deposit in accordance with our cancellation policy . Your deposit can be settled by filling out your credit card details after the third step of the booking process or by proceeding a bank transfer to our French bank account (Banque Populaire) as stated on your booking confirmation.

Booking your room by phone or e-mail

Instead of booking your favourite chalet online, we are happy to assist you with booking your ski –or summer holiday by phone or e-mail. We fully understand you might have additional questions or feel like to speak to one of our team members in person, so please don’t hesitate to reach out! We take the time to understand what you enjoy so we can create the perfect holiday for you. After we have carefully discussed your preferences, and you feel like to proceed with your booking, we kindly request your email address. Within a short period of time, you will receive your booking confirmation which includes a link and pass word to your self-service portal, wherein you can fill out your personal details and secure your reservation by settling the 30% deposit.

Phone call
Instead of filling out the credit card details in the self-service portal you can also communicate your details by phone. Please give us a call on +33 (0) 4 76 79 11 80 or +44 (0) 330 010 9006

Secured payment link
We can also invite you to settle your deposit or final balance by email. We will send you a secured payment link which leads you to a secured web-based payment system, authorized by our bank Banque Populaire. Please follow instructions and your card will be debited. A receipt will be send to you by e-mail

Bank transfer
When making a bank transfer, our bank details are stated on our booking confirmation, we will always confirm receipt by e-mail.

Follow-up

Any further questions
After having finalized your reservation, our holiday consultants stay available at all time, whenever you should require further assistance. You can trust us to look after you from the moment you speak to one of our team members, until after you have returned home. We will take care of you every step of the way, whatever happens.

Final balance payment
6 weeks before your holiday departs, the final balance is due. Payment can be made by way one of the above payment methods like bank transfer or debit-credit card. We won’t charge you 2-3% extra commission costs to cover the charges levied by credit card companies
